The dataset refers to a study the objective of which was to retrospectively investigate the immune dysregulation associated with COVID-19 severity and clinical course in hospitalised patients. Immunophenotyipc analyses were performed by multi-colour flow cytometry on whole blood samples, the systemic concentration of selected cytokines was determined in serum samples.
The dataset contains de-identified demographic and clinical information, as well as experimental raw data.
