Faecal microbiota composition of preschool-age children

This work characterized the gut microbiota composition of preschool-age children with overweight/obese, underweight, and normal-weight using 16S RNA gene-targeted sequencing. Clinical data, comprising perinatal and postnatal data, were collected and analyzed to explore the association with children's body mass index (BMI).
