The impacts of plant macronutrients on root-associated bacterial communities in potato under different fertilization conditions were evaluated by using nonculture method. The aims of the research is to clarify the impacts of N, P and K nutrient status of a field on plant-associated bacteria and to find a ecological rule for shaping a community structure thurough fertilization practices.
