Whole genome sequencing of opportunistic pathogens from aquaculture

Whole genome sequencing was applied in this study to characterise the genomes of important opportunistic pathogens (motile Aeromonas sp. and Edwardsiella ictaluri) recovered from disease outbreaks in aquaculture systems across South East Asia.
