FESEM, EDS and TEM of S1, S3 and S4

FESEM images (TIFF) and EDS point-analysis reports of S1, S3 and S4 powders, TEM, HRTEM and SAED images, and the particle-size and fringe-spacing tables. Methods: FESEM and EDS: the Central Research Facility (CRF), National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal; sample codes 2399_A, 2399_B and 2399_C = S1, S3 and S4; pixel size in TIFF tag 34118; EDS reports from the vendor software (EDAX TEAM). TEM, HRTEM and SAED: JEOL JEM 2100 Plus (LaB6, 80-200 kV), Advanced Facility for Microscopy and Microanalysis (AFMM), JNCASR Bengaluru (paid measurement service); camera exports with burned-in scale bars. Processing (processed/R6b_microscopy): watershed segmentation statistics of FESEM and TEM particles per image, aspect ratios, and HRTEM/SAED spacings. Not included: the 2022 EDS reports of the aluminium evaporation wire (not a host material). Layout: per-material folders S1/, S3/ and S4/. Code names: DB4 = S1 (main batch); DBPYBPS = second, less pure S1 batch (flagged, never pooled); DDPYS/DOPYS = S3; DOPS = S4 (source file names resolved against HR-LCMS/NMR, 24 Oct 2026); code-name subfolders S1/S1_DB4, S1/S1_DBPYBPS, S3/S3_DDPYS, S4/S4_DOPS, processed/ (numerical tables) and REF_reference_materials/ where present. MANIFEST.csv gives the SHA-256, material, original code name, original path and acquisition date of every file; see README.md. Acknowledgements: Mr. Shilajit Das for the FESEM measurements.
