All Data for Comparative Assessment of Inequity Indicators and Development of a New Bounded Inequity Indicator for Water Distribution Systems

The dataset uploaded here allows replication of the methodology of the study titled "Development and Application of a New Bounded Inequity Indicator for Water Distribution Systems." The data consists of the following: (i) Instructions document (PDF file) on how to use the two Excel worksheets attached—Sampled-from-PDF.xlsx and Inequity-data-for-100-cities.xlsx—to generate synthetic data for 100 cities (ii) Excel worksheets Sampled-from-PDF.xlsx, Inequity-data-for-100-cities, and Bootstrap-100-cities.xlsx The Excel worksheet Bootstrap-100-cities is added to show the 100 bootstrap samples for each of the 100 cities and the variation in coefficient of variation in Demand Satisfaction Ratio (DSR) across these samples. This input was utilized for determining the scaling parameter of the proposed inequity indicator, the Bounded Inequity Indicator (BII).
