Data for Anxiolytic effects of fluoxetine and nicotine exposure on exploratory behavior in zebrafish

The Data.zip file contains the raw swim track output data as well as our R scripts used to process and analyze the data. Our processed output data is also included in this set. The Videos.zip file contains the videos from the behavior trials. We used these files to create the swim track data for the experiment. ProAnalyst Files.zip contains files for working with the ProAnalyst Software. Each video has a corresponding feature tracking file (.ftk) of the same file name. Some videos have a calibration file (.mcl) which was used for subsequent videos in numerical order until a new calibration was required.

Data.zip 压缩包内含原始游泳轨迹输出数据，以及本研究用于处理与分析该数据的R脚本，本数据集同时收录了经处理后的输出数据。Videos.zip 压缩包收录了行为实验的录像素材，本研究借助这些文件生成了实验所需的游泳轨迹数据。ProAnalyst Files.zip 压缩包包含用于操作ProAnalyst软件（ProAnalyst Software）的相关文件。每段录像均对应一个同名的特征追踪文件（.ftk）。部分录像附带校准文件（.mcl），该文件可按编号顺序用于后续录像，直至需要重新开展校准为止。
