Testamento de Don Agustín Juárez de Peredo, canónigo de Sagrada Escritura en la Catedral de Tlaxcala, que dio mientras estaba enfermo en cama. En su última voluntad y testamento, el canónigo detalla dónde le gustaría ser enterrado; las misas que quisiera que se den en su nombre; la distribución de sus bienes (incluyendo a personas esclavizadas); el establecimiento y dotación de una capellanía; y el cobro del dinero que se le adeudaba, legando todos los bienes restantes a su hermano, Diego Juárez de Peredo.
