To investigate the cooperative function ACSL4/GPX4/PTGS2 complex in the regulation of Acute osterfascial Compartment Syndrome, we established the Acute osterfascial Compartment Syndrome model of SD rats by ligation with low-elastic band on the knee joint of rats. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ACS SD rats(especially ACSL4, GPX4 and PTGS2)
