资源简介:
The submarine canyon of Capbreton is located close to the coast (France, Southwest). Consequently, the micropollutants, such as emerging contaminants (ECs), released in this marine environment could impact this ecoysystem, know to be vulnerable. The main goal of this study was to describe the microbial diversity after slurry incubation from sediment collected in this canyon (G10 and G14) with selected hydrophobic ECs : one drug (carbamazepine, CBZ), one synthetic musk (galaxolide, HHCB) and one UV filter (O-padimate, OD-PABA). The aim was to better understand the link between microbial communities and the marine pollution (MICROPOLIT project funded by an European Regional Development Fund)
