CMLTRPCNN — ABO3 microwave-dielectric permittivity dataset (n = 1,304)

Companion dataset for the manuscript "Physics-constrained decomposition identifies an A-site chemistry hierarchy associated with model-attributed soft-mode amplification in ABO3 microwave permittivity" (manuscript under preparation / submitted; journal information to be added on acceptance). Files: - dataset.xlsx — raw cleaned dataset (1,388 rows; 1,304 retained after final filtering) with per-composition processing conditions and a `ref` column linking each row to one of ~200 primary literature sources (enumerated in a separate sheet). - feature_matrix.parquet — the 103-feature processed feature matrix input to the PCNN. - calibration_split_idx.json — the fixed family-disjoint train/calibration partition (1,188 train + 116 calibration/holdout) used for every reported number. - decomposition_per_sample.csv — per-sample additive decomposition (1,304 × 19): formula, regime, A-site label, train/holdout flags, measured and predicted ε_r, ensemble σ, the four branch outputs (ε_CM, δ_LST, δ_tilt, δ_res), σ_conf, CM-validity flag, c_approx flag, normalised GII and tolerance factor. - source_data.zip — per-figure / per-panel source-data CSVs underlying Figs. 1–6 and Tables 1–2 of the manuscript.
