资源简介:
Purpose: The intent of this investigation is to evaluate the repercussions of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) on athletic execution and life quality in postnatal Elite Female Athletes (EFAs), and to conduct a retrospective analysis of the effectiveness and security of Vaginal and Urethral Erbium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet Laser (VEL/UEL) treatments versus solely Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT). Approach: A retrospective analysis encompassed EFAs seen at our health facility, inclusive of marathoners hindered from athletic participation beyond a six-month span due to intense SUI. Attention was given to elite-level competitors affiliated with the Athletics Federation confirmed with SUI, ensuring the exclusion of subjects with divergent health issues for a more targeted group. Results Overview: The inquiry suggests that the combined VEL/UEL interventions could offer substantial benefits in mitigating SUI symptoms and bolstering the likelihood of resuming elite sports, when contrasted with exclusive reliance on PFMT.
