依据区域典型场景用能建筑终端的多元负荷特性,完成了多元负荷用能建筑终端仿真模型的建立和模型修正。基于区域典型场景用能建筑终端模型,完成瑞丽市的典型场景用能建筑终端冷、热、电、气负荷预测,通过建立模型并进行大量建筑能耗模拟计算,对数据汇总处理后形成负荷数据库。
基于区域典型城市瑞丽,对居住建筑、办公楼、酒店、商场、医院、学校等典型用能建筑终端的冷、热、电、气负荷进行模拟仿真计算,共完成了模型模拟计算,得到了大量的建筑负荷及能耗计算数据。由于建筑模型多、工作量大,建筑能耗模拟计算得到数据量大且难以直接使用,对计算数据进行科学有效的处理是十分必要的。
建筑能耗模拟软件经过计算得到各类型建筑的全年逐时能耗数据和建筑内各能源系统的逐时运行情况,计算结果经过初步整理得到全年8760h逐时热负荷、全年8760h逐时冷负荷、全年8760h逐时电负荷、全年8760h逐时用气负荷等大量数据。
通过对这些仿真数据进行有效整理分析即可得到需要的数据结果。最后利用现有的处理结果进行计算和整理,整理后的计算结果主要分为以下几部分:
1)典型城市下典型建筑单位面积设计冷、热、电、气负荷指标
2)典型城市下典型建筑全年8760h逐时冷、热、电、气负荷特性系数
3)典型城市下典型建筑单位面积全年总能耗
Based on the multi-dimensional load characteristics of terminal energy-consuming buildings in typical regional scenarios, the simulation models and their corrections for terminal energy-consuming buildings with multi-dimensional loads were developed. Using the models of terminal energy-consuming buildings in typical regional scenarios, the cooling, heating, electric and gas load predictions for terminal energy-consuming buildings in typical scenarios of Ruili City were conducted. After establishing the models, performing a large number of building energy simulation calculations, and aggregating and processing the obtained data, a load database was finally formed.
Taking Ruili, a typical regional city, as the research case, simulation calculations were carried out for the cooling, heating, electric and gas loads of terminal energy-consuming buildings including residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools and other typical types. A total of model simulation calculations were performed, yielding a large volume of building load and energy consumption calculation data. Due to the large number of building models and heavy workload, the building energy simulation generates a huge volume of data that is difficult to use directly, so it is extremely necessary to conduct scientific and effective processing on the calculated data.
The building energy simulation software calculates the annual hourly energy consumption data of various types of buildings and the hourly operation status of each energy system within the buildings. After preliminary organization of the calculation results, a large amount of data was obtained, including annual 8760-hourly thermal load, annual 8760-hourly cooling load, annual 8760-hourly electric load and annual 8760-hourly gas load.
The required data results can be obtained by effectively organizing and analyzing these simulation data. Finally, calculations and organization were carried out using the existing processed results, and the organized calculation results are mainly divided into the following parts:
1) Design cooling, heating, electric and gas load indicators per unit area of typical buildings in typical cities
2) Hourly cooling, heating, electric and gas load characteristic coefficients of typical buildings in typical cities over the full 8760 hours of a year
3) Annual total energy consumption per unit area of typical buildings in typical cities
