In this study, we observed the differences in physiological and biochemical indicators after the larva exposing to NaF. And then analyzed the differential genes and Compared with the control group, the larva exposed with 600 mg/L NaF had decreased body weight, damaged midgut tissue, and were accompanied by oxidative stress. RNA-seq results showed 1493 differential expressed genes, including 574 up-regulated genes and 919 down-regulated genes, while the TMT results 189 proteins, of which 133 up-regulated proteins and 56 down-regulated proteins. Joint analysis obtained 4 up-regulated genes and proteins and 9 down-regulated genes and proteins. Coupled with joint analysis, we speculate that fluoride exposure may affect the intestinal digestion of silkworm, inhibit the gene expression of detoxification enzyme and stimulate the cellular immune response.
