临床冠状动脉介入验证数据集

本数据集验证血管介入手术机器人在真实世界病例中应用的有效性、安全性及稳定性。相关临床伦理报批上海市华东医院伦理委员会审核，入选患者均签署知情同意书。研究中机器人从端固定于DSA设备，在需要设备架构时由相关操作医生进行操作，主端置于导管室外由手术医生通过有线或无线传输方式进行操作。其手术操作步骤主要包含，导丝通过靶病变，器械递送至靶病变，成功开展介入治疗，撤出手术相关器械。主要数据项为临床患者手术信息和手术时间、透视时间、放射线剂量等手术关键数据。

This dataset verifies the efficacy, safety and stability of vascular interventional surgical robots when applied in real-world clinical cases. Relevant clinical ethical approval was reviewed by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai Huadong Hospital, and all enrolled patients signed informed consent forms. In this study, the slave console of the robot is fixed to the DSA equipment, and operated by associated operating clinicians when equipment configuration is required; the master console is placed outside the catheterization laboratory, and manipulated by surgeons via wired or wireless transmission means. The core surgical workflow includes: advancing the guidewire through the target lesion, delivering interventional instruments to the target lesion, successfully performing interventional therapy, and withdrawing all surgery-related instruments. The primary data items cover clinical patient surgical information, as well as key surgical metrics such as operation duration, fluoroscopy time and radiation exposure dose.
