SUBJECT of the Invention High oil resistance and grease-proof property are provided， and it does not have a block tendency， but can repulp completely based on safety|security and environmental regulation， and provides the coated cardboard in which production at low cost is possible. PROBLEM to be solved Base coat and the topcoat which substantially contains neither a fluorochemical nor a wax are included， Favorable oil resistance and grease-proof property are shown， A blocking tendency is not shown but the coat|court cardboard which can be repulped completely is disclosed.
