HMPP v1.2: Cold Atmospheric Plasma Arc dataset for direct metallization of polymers, metals , paper and glass

Dataset of 55 photographs documenting Hot-Melt Plasma Patterning (HMPP),a cold atmospheric plasma arc process operating at Te~1-2 eV and Tg~300-600K.Demonstrates direct metallization of polymers (polyethylene/PET) and metals(aluminum ), paper and glass. Using standard power equipment (40-130A DC) withmagnetic confinement (magnetos NN AND NS). Gas temperature near ambient (Tg~300-600K) enablescoating of temperature-sensitive polymers like polyethylene without thermaldamage or melting. All experiments at 1 atm, 25°C.
