Plasma miRNA data from particulate matter containing environmentally persistent free radical exposed mice Overall design: A cohort of 15 female 10 male mice deficient in AhR in AT-II cells and littermate control (n=5-7/group) were exposed to filtered air and environmentally persistent free radicals (EPFR) at the concentration of 250 µg/m3 for 4 hour/day for 5 days. Plasma were collected after the end of exposure on 5th day. miRNA profiling was done in isolated exosomal RNA from plasma using NanoString nCounter MouseV1.5 miRNA expression assay kit.
