This is a book of perforated “Application for Employment” forms. For each applicant, the following information may be recorded: surname, Christian name, address, usual occupation, alternate trades, age, marital status, number of dependent children and details of previous employment. There are sections for particulars of placing and travel expenses, but these are not used.Only the first 16 of the forms in the volume are used. The first eight are all dated 11 December 1929, while the remaining used forms are not dated.
