21 pistil samples of RNA-seq to review the gene expression during self and cross pollination of pitaya

21pistil samples were sequenced in this study, including 7 treat, control(pistil without pollination), self-pollination samples(12 h, 24 h, 36 h after pollination) and cross-pollination samples (12 h, 24 h, 36 h after pollination). Each treat had three replicates, samples were a mixture of pistils from three independent plants.We conducted this study to compare the gene expression between self and cross pollination.
