The goal of this study is to compare glomerular- and tubular-enriched fraction in transgenic mouse model overexpressing circulating human Klotho (Alb-hKL) vs WT mice seven days after nephrotoxic serum-induced injury Overall design: 3 Alb-hKL and 4 WT mice were used. The glomerular (GLOM) fraction and the tubular (ROK) fraction were isolated for each mouse
