A conceptual framework 'The slum property map' was applied in a desktop case study to comprehensively describe the Garki Village in abuja, Nigeria. The SPM can be used to describe slums through thier relevant descriptive properties and build a network map of how these interact, affect/influence/trigger each other to define the place's nature. The dataset provides a compilation of the descriptive properties that characterize the settlement.
