Differential gene expression in murine bone marrow-derived macrophages upon GABA treatment

We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which GABA regulates host defense in macrophages. To examine this, we performed global gene expression analysis of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) after GABA treatment.
