浙江省物联网电梯故障原因分析数据

通过数据管理平台，采集浙江省区域内装有物联网系统的电梯运行情况，根据故障名称进行分类，对电梯故障情况进行数据分析，得出该地区电梯各类型故障发生的频率，指导当地第三方电梯维修单位重点采购故障率高的电梯零件，并优化各区域驻点维修人员配置、提高维修效率，为想要进驻到该地区的电梯维修企业定位主要业务方向提供依据。1、数据采集：物联网平台实时采集各电梯故障数据；2、数据处理：串口通信异常频率=串口通信异常次数/事故总次数，电梯停电频率=电梯停电次数/事故总次数；自动呼救频率=自动呼救次数/事故总次数，综合故障频率=综合故障次数/事故总次数，4、数据分析：通过Finereport软件将电梯各故障类型的发生频率制作成可视化区域地图,直观反应电梯各类型故障发生的次数占比，指导当地电梯维修企业合理调整电梯零件采购。

This dataset is developed by collecting operation data of elevators equipped with IoT systems within the Zhejiang Province region through a data management platform. The collected elevator fault data is categorized by fault names, and data analysis is conducted on the elevator fault conditions to obtain the occurrence frequency of each type of fault in this region. The dataset aims to: 1) guide local third-party elevator maintenance enterprises to prioritize purchasing elevator parts with high failure rates; 2) optimize the allocation of on-site maintenance personnel in various regions to improve maintenance efficiency; 3) provide reference for elevator maintenance enterprises intending to enter this region to clarify their core business directions.

1. Data Collection: The IoT platform collects elevator fault data in real time.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the following fault frequencies:
- Serial port communication abnormality frequency = number of serial port communication abnormalities / total number of fault incidents
- Elevator power outage frequency = number of elevator power outages / total number of fault incidents
- Automatic emergency alarm frequency = number of automatic emergency alarm activations / total number of fault incidents
- Comprehensive fault frequency = number of comprehensive faults / total number of fault incidents

4. Data Analysis: Use Finereport software to create a visualized regional map based on the occurrence frequency of each elevator fault type, which intuitively reflects the proportion of the occurrence count of each fault type, and guides local elevator maintenance enterprises to reasonably adjust their elevator parts procurement strategies.
