Interfacial layer nanoparticle/surfactant

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the findings of the manuscript, including surface tension, interfacial tension, surface pressure, foamability, foam stability, particle size, zeta potential, and adsorption parameters of SDS–SiO₂ systems at different surfactant and nanoparticle concentrations. The data were obtained under controlled laboratory conditions and were used to evaluate the interfacial behavior and stabilization mechanisms relevant to foam and emulsion applications.
