Gene expression analysis was performed on differentiating obsteoblasts isolated from calvaria of C57BL/6J wildtype or B-arrestin 2 knockout mice. Overall design: Mouse osteoblasts were prepared independently for each biological replicate. Three biological replicates were used for each time point. Total RNAs were collected and 100 ng analyzed for gene expression using Affymetrix Mouse Gene 2.0 ST GeneChips.
