Single-cell transcriptomes of Drosophila fruitless-expressing neurons (re-analysis)

This is a re-analysis of single-cell transcriptomes of fru+ neurons for Thornton-Kolbe et al., 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.07.17.603956). The original dataset was generated and published by the Arbeitman lab: Palmateer et al., 2023 (https://elifesciences.org/articles/78511).
