XRD data for FeCoNiB0.7Si0.3Be multicomponent alloy in as-cast and melt-quenched states

This dataset contains X-ray diffraction data for the multicomponent alloy FeCoNiB0.7Si0.3Be in the as-cast and melt-quenched states. The dataset supports the article: O.I. Kushnerov, S.I. DOI: https://doi.org/10.15407/fm32.03.418 X-ray diffraction analysis was performed using a DRON-2.0 diffractometer with monochromatic Cu Kα radiation. Phase identification was performed using QualX2 software. The data files are provided as tab-separated text files with two columns: 1. 2theta_deg — diffraction angle 2θ, degrees; 2. intensity_counts — measured X-ray diffraction intensity, counts. Files included: - FeCoNiB07Si03Be_as-cast_XRD.dat - XRD pattern of the as-cast sample; - FeCoNiB07Si03Be_melt-quenched_XRD.dat - XRD pattern of the melt-quenched sample.
