Stationary Light Theory (SLT/UVEH): A Unified Geometric Framework for Vacuum Resonance, Material Lattices, and the Acoustic Origin of Matter

Abstract This paper presents a formalization of Stationary Light Theory (SLT) and the Unified Vacuum Energy Hypothesis (UVEH), bridging historical gaps in quantum mechanics, classical electromagnetism, and condensed matter thermodynamics. By replacing probabilistic interpretations with deterministic vacuum geometry, we derive the foundational stability of matter not as a quantum postulate, but as a geometric necessity. We introduce the Universal System Rule and the Master Equation of Physical Tally, demonstrating that mass is localized light trapped in a 2\pi resonant geometry, gravity is a vacuum pressure gradient, and life is the emergent phase-locked synchronization of an electrical vacuum spectrum.
