Persons using a website or app of public authorities by level of disability (activity limitation)

Websites or apps of public authorities or public services: websites concerning citizen obligations (e.g. tax declaration, notification of moving), rights (e.g. social benefits), official documents (e.g. ID card, birth certificate), public educational services (e.g. public libraries, information on the enrolment in schools or universities), public health services (e.g. services of public hospitals). Data refer to the last 12 months before the survey. The data source is the annual EU survey on the use of ICT in households and by individuals.
