Development of an improved inhibitor of Lats Kinases to promote regeneration of mammalian organs

To confirm that treatment with TDI-011536 activates Yap in vivo, we collected liver and heart tissue for RNA sequencing four hours after IP injection at 200 mg/kg Overall design: Three control mice and three experimental mice were used for the study. Each one was IP injected with 200mg/kg of LKI-2, and after four hours, liver and hearts were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing.
