Genotype data from 3,866 Mexican individuals restricted to 365 obesity related genes

The present data set included the genotype data from 3,866 unrelated Mexican individuals, derived from three previously genotyped cohorts (Diabetes Mexico Study [DMS], n = 1,159; Mexico City Diabetes Study [MCDS], n = 852; Metabolic Analysis in Indigenous Sample [MAIS]; n = 1,041), the Rural Diabetes Study (RUDS, n = 814). Genotypes from each data set include the biallelic variants with a minor allele frequency > 1% located in 356 genes previously associated with obesity and obesity-related traits are included (63,519 SNVs). Data sets are presented in plink format.
