A single-cell chromatin accessibility dataset of human primed and naive pluripotent stem cell-derived teratoma. Homo sapiens

In this study, we used scATAC-seq to generate a dataset encompassing 66,384 cell profiles. These profiles were obtained from five teratomas, of which three derived from human naive PSCs, and the remaining two from primed PSCs. We identified 17 distinct cell types, covering both embryonic and extraembryonic lineages, closely resembling corresponding cell types in human fetal tissues.
