RNAseq profiling of back dermis from epidermal-specific SPRY1-deficient (Spry1 cKO) mice and control mice

Spry1 cKO mice were found spontaneously developed psoriasis-like skin inflammation and arthritis.To further investigate the gene expression differences between the back dermis of Spry1 cKO mice and control mice, RNAseq was performed. Overall design: The back skin of Spry1 cKO mice and control mice were harvested after tamoxifen administration, and the dermis was separated after digestion with 5% dispase overnight at 4°C. Then RNA-seq was performed on total RNA from the back dermis.
