Transcriptomics of rat arteriovenous fistulas treated with periadventitial beta-aminopropionitrile loaded scaffolds

We report the RNA expression profiles of rat AVF samples obtained 21 days after creation. We perfomed bulk RNA-seq on AVFs treated with beta-aminopropionitrile scaffolds or vehicle scaffolds. Overall design: This study was designed to evaluate changes in AVF gene expression with periadventitial LOX inhibition.
