资源简介:
This study investigates the application of enriched microbial communities from humus soil to alleviate continuous cropping obstacles in Gentiana scabra Bunge cultivation. Three different culture media were used to enrich bacterial communities from humus soil, which were subsequently applied to G. scabra under continuous cropping conditions. The study combines high-throughput sequencing of bacterial and fungal communities with metabolomic analyses to explore the mechanisms of plant-microbe interactions. Results demonstrate that enriched microbial communities, particularly from G1 and R2A media, significantly enhanced plant growth, increased active compound synthesis, and improved soil enzyme activities. This research provides valuable insights into utilizing previously unculturable microorganisms to address continuous cropping obstacles and offers new strategies for sustainable medicinal plant cultivation.
