Raw and processed data of the interaction of electrons with a borosilicate substrate

The data uploaded corresponds to a collection of experiments, realized in order to study the interaction of electrons when they impinge into a dielectric surface, specifically, a borosilicate one. The energy range is from 3 KeV to the 9 KeV, and the emitted current varies from 50 uA to 400 uA. Figures 2, 3, and 6 are the raw data collected from the experiments, meanwhile Figures 4, 5 and 7 are processed data, due to the implemented normalizations.
