Alalysis of gene expression sigunature in WT and Menin KO CD8 T cells.

To elucidate the effect of menin on the differentiation of CD8 T cell, the gene expression were measured in WT and Menin KO CD8 T cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT and Menin KO CD8 T cells at indicated days after TCR stimulation.
