The impact of adding or not adding Rpf on microbial community structure under different cultivation conditions

In this study, the dechlorination culture TG4 was investigated using Micrococcus luteus Rpf to enhance the biological dechlorination and degradation of PCBs under anaerobic, aerobic, and anaerobic-aerobic alternating conditions. Additionally, the effects of Rpf on the composition of the bacterial community were examined.
