Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) in cucumber is a critical problem and causes serious damage to seed production and quality. BSA combined with whole genome resequencing method (known as QTL-seq) was conducted to identify the QTLs associated with PHS. Q12 (PHS resistant, P1) and P60 (PHS susceptible, P2) were the parents to generated F2 generation. 30 extreme resistant (R) individuals and 30 susceptible (S) individuals were selected to construct R-pool and S-pool. Q12, P60, R-pool and S-pool were resequenced and generated sequence data.
