Lifelines NEXT gut (LLNEXT-GV) and breastmilk (LLNEXT-BMV) viral catalogs

The Lifelines NEXT gut (LLNEXT-GV) and breastmilk (LLNEXT-BMV) viral catalogs comprise representative viral genomes (vOTUs) and their associated metadata, recovered from 4,523 fecal and 90 breastmilk metagenomes collected from 714 mother–infant pairs in the Dutch Lifelines NEXT birth cohort. These genomes were integrated with data from ten additional independent studies and/or resources and annotated using a standardized bioinformatics pipeline. Separate files are provided for the LLNEXT-derived vOTU representatives and the full set of deduplicated viral genomes generated exclusively from the Lifelines NEXT dataset.
