Broccoli florets supplementation improves insulin sensitivity and alters gut microbiome population in high-fat diet-fed mice

(1) mice fed a normal diet (ND), -ND (2) mice fed a high fat (60%) diet (HFD),HF (3) mice fed a high fat diet+10% broccoli florets (HFD+F),HB (4) mice fed a high fat diet+10% broccoli stalks (HFD+S) HS for 17 weeks. Diet compositions are presented in Supplementary Table 2. Body weight and food intake were monitored once a week.
