2015–2020年句容农田生态系统碳水通量观测数据集

本数据集整理了句容站2015年1月至2020年12月标准化的生态系统碳水通量和关键气象要素数据，包含半小时、日尺度、月尺度、年尺度的数据。其中，碳水通量数据包括：生态系统总初级生产力、生态系统呼吸、净生态系统生产力、潜热通量、显热通量；气象数据包括：空气温度、饱和水汽压差、光和有效辐射、风速、气压、土壤温度、土壤含水量等。可以为农田灌溉管理、碳水循环过程以及作物模型模拟等相关研究提供数据支撑和理论依据。

This dataset compiles standardized ecosystem carbon and water flux and key meteorological element data from Jurong Station between January 2015 and December 2020, with data available at half-hourly, daily, monthly, and annual temporal scales. Specifically, the carbon and water flux data includes gross primary productivity (GPP), ecosystem respiration (Re), net ecosystem productivity (NEP), latent heat flux, and sensible heat flux; the meteorological data covers air temperature, vapor pressure deficit (VPD), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), wind speed, atmospheric pressure, soil temperature, soil moisture content, and other related variables. This dataset can provide data support and theoretical basis for relevant studies including farmland irrigation management, carbon and water cycle processes, and crop model simulation.
