Chromosome-level genome assembly and annotation of Lepidium apetalum genome

To obtain the detailed information on the genome of Lepidium apetalum and to explore the molecular basis of secondary metabolite biosynthesis in L. apetalum. We assembled a high-quality chromosome-level reference genome of L. apetalum genome, using PacBio long reads in combination with Illumina short reads genome sequencing and Hi-C technology.
