The bending effect of indole-3-acetic acid methyl ester on the stems of purple loosestrife

Indole-3-acetic acid methyl ester (MEIAA) is a methylation product of indole-3-acetic acid, which can induce stem bending of purple loosestrife at a certain concentration, and can cause necrosis of its growth points at high concentrations. To investigate the mechanism of action of MEIAA on purple loosestrife, transcriptome sequencing was performed on the target tissues after 3 days of treatment to clarify the molecular regulatory mechanism of MEIAA in the stems of purple loosestrife.
