For negative control, CD62L+CD44-low naïve CD4+ T cells were sorted from CD4-Cre, Tcf1 fl/fl mice, or from CD4-Cre, Ezh2 fl/fl mice as Tcf1-deficient, or Ezh2-deficient naive CD4+ T cells, respectively.
