Chicken carcass and feet condemnation big data

This is a three-year daily condemnation report of over 266 million broilers slaughtered by a large-scale poultry integrator in Brazil, used to compare two distinct methods of analysis: fixed-effect model (ANOVA) and random-effects model (REML), to identify main causes of condemnation. The “raw dataset” comprised 6,538 rows of information, each one showing the total number of birds slaughtered and condemned, from the same producer, on a given processing day. The "adjusted dataset" comprised all the 6,489 rows used to perform ANOVA. The "condensed dataset" comprised all the 163 rows used to perform REML analysis.
