Dataset for: Wild Potato SNP Dataset from the International Potato Center (CIP) Collection

This dataset comprises wild potato accessions maintained in the International Potato Center (CIP) genebank. A total of 2,585 samples were genotyped using 31,190 SNP markers generated with the Illumina Infinium GGP v4 Potato SNP array. The dataset enables comprehensive analyses of inter- and intraspecific genetic relationships, genetic diversity, and population structure across the wild potato species conserved in the CIP collection.
