Complete Chloroplast Genome of Amorphophallus konjac sequencing

we sequenced and assembled complete chloroplast (cp) genome of Amorphophallus konjac by using high throughout Illumina sequencing technology. The complete chloroplast genome of A. konjac that is reported here for the first time will be useful for phylogenetic and evolutionary studies, and also provide an invaluable resource for chloroplast genetic engineering.
