Project Title: Interpretable and Generalizable Machine Learning for Robust Prostate Cancer Risk Modeling Project Awardee: Hadi Amiri This dataset is derived from the OCHIN Community Health Database – AIM‑AHEAD Year 4 and implemented as a set of views. It includes men aged 18 and older with care documented between 2012 and 2024, supporting development and evaluation of prostate cancer risk models using longitudinal clinical history and routinely captured covariates. The dataset includes patient demographics (sex, age, race, ethnicity, language, payer, federal poverty level, ZIP/ZCTA, homelessness status, marital status, and interpreter‑needed indicator), visit‑level data across encounter types, provider and care site identifiers, vital signs, condition diagnoses (including prostate cancer and selected comorbidities), immunization records, laboratory results, medication exposures grouped by therapeutic class, and procedure data used to characterize clinical interventions over time.
